My stay at the Royale Palms was a mixed bag. Although the building and grounds were beautiful, I encountered several maintenance issues that dampened the experience. The service was often lacking, which was disappointing for a property of this caliber. The highlight was definitely the quick response from maintenance when I had an AC issue. Overall, there’s great potential here, but some details need serious attention.
